Roasted Broccoli

Ridiculously awesome roasted broccoli!  Just don’t cook too long!

If you haven’t tried roasting broccoli, then you’re in for a real treat! Roasting vegetables brings out the flavors like nothing else. Turn bland broccoli into something amazing with this simple recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1 head broccoli, washed & cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons (eyeball it) extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions

Preheat over to 400 degrees

  1. Liberally drizzle EVOO over broccoli, add garlic, salt and pepper, and toss to coat
  2. Place on foil-lined baking sheet for easy clean-up.
  3. Roast for 15-20 minutes or until broccoli is nice and crispy on the ends and a little brown (turn halfway, if desired).

This is a great recipe for kids and the whole family.  ENJOY!!!
